The medieval village with its 2 castles, narrow streets and typical provençales homes is located 25 km away, as the crow flies, from the French Riviera and yet the Pre-Alps of Grasse (06- Alpes Maritimes) at an elevation of 860 meters in mountain terrain! Just at the base of the Cheiron mountain and overlooking the "Vallée du Loup" (Wolf Valley) full of waterfalls , tunnels and tight canyons. Gréolières has the closest ski resort of the Côte d' Azur: "Gréolières-les-Neiges (at an elevation of 1800 meteres): 15 minutes drive from the village.
You will find below several hotels, B and B's , some have a restaurant service.
The village has 4 restaurants with pleasant terraces as well.

Ski Resort of Gréolières-les-neiges : 15 minutes drive from the village, from the top of the Cheiron mountain, the view is exquisite : French Riviera, south Italia even Corsica and the Alps chain can be seen in clear weather.
Enjoy skiing (30 km of slopes), snowboarding, cross-country-skiing, and snow-shoeing. A French Ski
School is there and organizes activities for children as well.

Depending on your interests, the teacher will guide you to make your stay in Gréolières the most interesting and enjoyable. A part of your french classes (especially for the full days immersion program) consists of practical exercises adapted to your level where you
